Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

How do I request a return?

Please email support@playgripp.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions.


Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
